AI Interior Redesign

Photograph a room, choose a style, and get it back redesigned with your own walls, windows and ceiling still where they were. The engineering isn't the model call. It's running a paid generation endpoint that scripts can't drain while collecting no personal data: identity is the device, both apps attest themselves to the server, generation is server-side only, and store receipts are verified with Apple and Google rather than trusted from the client. Built natively twice — SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose — over one API with a 6-page operations console.

Speak a sentence walking off a site and it comes back as a real task — owner, deadline, priority — in Arabic or English. Then ask the workspace a question and pick the shape of the answer: a detail view, a list, or a chart of priority and status. Answers come from that organisation's own projects, not a general chatbot. Live transcription is around a thousand lines of native speech code on each platform. The model key no longer ships in the app; it was moved behind the authenticated backend. 581 strings per language, full right-to-left.
Shift Staffing Platform
Hospitality staffing
A hospitality staffing platform that runs the whole operational cycle: vet a worker, post a shift, hire, clock in, approve the timesheet, rate both sides, pay out. Three roles, not two — workers, venues, and shift managers who hire and approve hours without holding the owner's payment credentials. When someone drops out, the platform refills the shift itself: invites go to prior applicants immediately, widen to qualified staff at +20 minutes, then go public at +40. 8 repositories, a 43-route web console, 94 mobile screens, 18 API controllers, 28 scheduled jobs. In production.

Restaurant operations
Two apps in one, because a restaurant and its customers need different things. Diners find a place, book a table for a real time slot, or order to go and get directions to collect it. The restaurant draws its actual floor — every table with its seat count — and that layout becomes the app. Free tables show grey, booked ones red with the exact window they're taken for. Service runs off it: pick a table, tap dishes, and the ticket builds grouped by course. Takings reach the restaurant's bank in two or three working hours. Local Discovery Platform
Hospitality discovery
Two problems that are the same problem: nobody can find anywhere good tonight, and the bar three streets away is empty. People browse what is actually running now — live happy hours, unexpired deals, tonight's events — and search by feeling rather than cuisine. The best of it comes from other people: anyone can build a guide and others follow them for it. Venues are already listed, so the map is useful on day one. An owner claims theirs, a human approves it, and from then on they run their own hours, deals, events and ad spend. Roughly 120,000 lines across four repositories.
Drone Escort for Student Safety
Campus safety
A student leaving the library at midnight presses one button, and a drone flies out to meet them. The request routes to a pilot covering that part of campus, who sees the route and the current wind and visibility, then taps dispatch. The aircraft takes off, holds five seconds to stabilise, flies a waypoint mission, and hovers on arrival rather than returning home — so it stays overhead for the rest of the walk. Four codebases: two mobile apps, a native pilot app, and a 31,000-line operations console.
Roblox Clothing Designer

Roblox clothing is authored on a flat UV template — an unwrapped sheet of panels that looks nothing like a garment. You paint a rectangle and hope the collar lands right. This app renders it on the character as you work. A three-way toggle switches between the flat template, the avatar wearing it in 3D, and both side by side. Layers stack per body part — undershirt, tie, jacket, text — reorderable by drag. Colours can be pulled from the design's own palette. Finished work publishes straight to Roblox, or exports as a zip. Services marketplace
Most services apps pick a lane: trades, or freelancers. This one runs both, off a single field in the listing form — do you do this work in person, or remotely? Everything is booked by the hour, and both sides watch the same countdown while the job runs. The worker confirms or declines the request, then marks the job finished — but can't close it. The customer accepts the completion, so nobody marks their own homework. Workers pay a subscription rather than a commission on every job. Design, native iOS, native Android and a web admin panel.
Grocery Delivery App
Grocery e-commerce
A grocery service for the food a supermarket doesn't carry — Asian, African and Middle-Eastern products, in French. The catalogue drives the design. Vegetables filter by botanical family — gourds, the onion family, the spinach-and-beet family — because that is how someone hunting an ingredient actually searches. Items sell in whatever unit is real: a kilo, five pounds, a dozen. Every basket line has its own tick, so you buy four things now and leave the rest. Intercity Carpooling App
Travel · carpooling
Cape Town to Pretoria is fourteen hours, and somebody is driving it on Saturday with three empty seats. This puts both sides on one board. You post that you are driving and have room, or that you need a lift — both sit in the same list, so whichever side you are on you are looking at the other. Seats show as filled or free on the row itself. Nobody joins your car without approval: you see their name, gender, rating and vehicle first. Every trip gets its own group chat, and location sharing is per person rather than broadcast. Design, native iOS, native Android and a web admin panel.
NFC Digital Business Card
Business networking
A small pin you tap to the back of someone's phone, and your profile opens on it straight away. Everything you'd hand over lives on one page — social, music, messaging, payments, booking, or just your number to save. You choose which links appear, and one can be set as a direct link so the pin skips the profile entirely. The part that makes it work with strangers is that they need nothing: no app, no account. The pin carries a web address, so it opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. QR is the fallback. Design, native iOS, native Android, web platform and admin panel.
